Chatroom – Our Sitges Preview

Normally the idea of a Japanese director making a British film about social networking with young English actors wouldn’t necessarily float my boat.

However, the fact that the director is Hideo Nakata who bought us the original Ring films and it’s starring Aaron Johnson from Kick-Ass has definitely got my attention.

Sound Of Noise – Our Sitges Preview

This is a great poster and from the ‘net footage it looks great. However, the idea of a  Danish police-comedy-musical isn’t really revving my engine.

Will it be Grease Lightnin’ or Phantom Of The Opera, click HERE to find out.

Trash Humpers – Our Sitges Preview

A couple of us saw Harmony Korine’s ‘Mr Lonely’ a few years ago and were heard muttering “what the fuck was that”.

I suspect that, should we make it all the way through, we’ll come out saying the same thing.

Los Ojos De Julia – Our Sitges Preview

This is the opening film of the festival, but we’ll also only have been in Sitges for a couple of hours so will be chattering like over-excited squirrels.

Will we forego red wine and tapas for this? Click HERE to find out..

Agnosia – Our Sitges Preview

Agnosia is classified as a neuropsychological disorder characterized by the inability to recognize common objects, persons, or sounds, in the absence of perceptual disability. This normally happens to us after about 10.30 in Sitges, or very occasionally after about 5pm on a Sunday afternoon after drinking wine.

There’s virtually no information about this film anywhere, other than it’s got Margo Stilley from 9 Songs in it.
