Dir: Apichatpong Weerasethakul; 2010; Comedy / Fantasy; Sakda Kaewbuadee, Jenjira Pongpas; 114 Min.
I’ve seen the trailer and I’ve read all of the reviews and I don’t think this one’s for me. Apparently it’s a slow moving fantasy film about a guy who goes into a forest to see out his last days and sees visions of his past, and I know it won the Palme D’or, but I just don’t think that’s enough.
The only thing that might tempt me to see this is that apparently there’s a scene where a beautiful princess has sex with a catfish, but it’s a sad state of affairs when you’re going to see a film purely to see catfish sex.
