The film of which this is a remake (SOMOS LO QUE HAY) never quite fulfilled its promise when we saw it at Sitges in 2010. That same year the creative duo of Jim Mickle and Nic Damici impressed with STAKE LAND and perhaps they can now cook up the sauce this story needs to deliver that promise.
